Black Frog Divers Payment Policy
Full payment of your diving (guided dive, PADI course, Try Dive or Snorkel Trip) is required prior to or on the first day of your excursion upon arrival at our dive centre. Payment can be made via card or in cash. Please note we do accept also American Express.
Black Frog Divers Refund and Cancellation Policy
The information below sets out our refund and cancellation policy for online bookings and deposits as well as direct bookings and payments taken at our dive centre.
Any deposit made in order to assign digital products or order theory materials will be non- refundable once the theory material is issued/ordered/ activated regardless of how far in advance you notify us of the cancellation.
Refund Policy
If you cancel once payment has been made on the first day of your excursion no refund will be given unless the notice periods as detailed below are applicable. The excursion can be re-arranged for a later date subject to availability or rescheduled within the next 12 months.
If you cancel 2 days (48 hours) or less in advance of booking-No Refund
If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of your booking- 50% refund
If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled booking- Full Refund
Cancellation Policy
Any course or dive package not completed in full due to customers decisions (unless medical proof from a Dr is given) will be non refundable.
Dives may be rescheduled by Black frog Divers due to bad weather.
Dives cancelled by Black frog Divers for what ever reason will be rescheduled or will result in a refund for \dives not taken.
All dives will commence as scheduled by Black Frog Divers
